Review by hotel critic
Nestled in the charming heart of Centro Storico, My Monopoli- Casa Dei Fiori Orchidea was a splendid choice for our holiday escape this past Christmas. The cozy apartment boasted air conditioning to keep us cool after our beach adventures, while the terrace offered amazing sea views-perfect for sipping morning coffee and soaking up the sun! Located just steps from the beautiful Porta Vecchia Beach, we enjoyed the luxury of quick beach access, making spontaneous swims a good reality. The amenities were on point; having a full kitchen allowed us to whip up snacks after returning from explorations, and the flat-screen TV provided some much-needed downtime after long days out. Walking through the magical lanes adorned with vibrant flowers and historic charm, we always found something new to capture on Instagram. The local fruit man had the best fresh produce, adding to our culinary experiences. With a lovely bar and an amazing café nearby for croissants and coffee, everything was conveniently situated. All in all, this little gem is ideal for travelers seeking comfort, vibrant culture, and that quintessential tropical vibe. Highly recommend it!
